NorthFlue Chimney Services provides professional chimney cleaning, inspection, repair, and related services in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. All services are performed by certified and insured technicians in accordance with applicable Canadian and provincial standards, including WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) certification requirements.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or by our technicians are for informational purposes. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work determined during on-site inspection. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a service fee.
NorthFlue reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Chimney cleaning services include a satisfaction guarantee. Repair and installation services carry a warranty as specified in the service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the chimney and work area.
Disclose any known issues or hazards related to the chimney or property.
Ensure pets and children are kept at a safe distance during service.
Clear the area around the fireplace or stove prior to our arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NorthFlue Chimney Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
